You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been confirmed, this will include the expected delivery date.
All Skinalive orders are trackable, you will be sent a tracking number to follow your parcel right to your door.
Orders will be dispatched when full payment is received.

- We can deliver to RD addresses in New Zealand; please allow an extra day for delivery.
- NZ deliveries made by Post Haste service do not require a signature.
- Golfersskin will not accept any liability for loss or damage in transit that exceeds the value of the insurance applied to the delivery.
- Additional insurance can be purchased if required.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes
When you have chosen your items and are at check out, please ensure you nominate an address where someone will be present between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Please be aware deliveries are not made to PO Box numbers. If you are not home when the delivery is made a card will be left for you to contact the courier to arrange delivery at another time.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country please contact your local customs office for more information. If you are outside of New Zealand and purchasing Skinalive products please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply and are not covered by Skinalive.
New Zealand law requires all international packages to have attached customs documentation, describing the goods being sent and their cost.
All orders delivered using Courier Post are insured against loss or damage up to the value of NZ$1000.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed we will endeavour to despatch your items within two business days. You will be notified if a different timeframe is required due to special circumstances on particular products.
The delivery times listed do not take into account weekends or public holidays. The delivery time starts once you have received your email to say we have processed your order and it’s on the way to you.

Our quotations for delivery times are made in good faith but are estimates only. We are not responsible for any loss or expenses caused by delivery delays or customs related delays, or for charges incurred due to differing laws and regulations in individual countries.
Damage in Transit
Notification of any damage to the outer packaging must be made to Skinalive within three days of receipt of your item. Claims will not be considered after this time. Skinalive is not liable for goods damaged or lost in transit. The details of any claim should be processed and submitted within seven days to ensure a positive outcome with the carrier who delivered your items.
